Introducing Our Board 

Chris Lowe, MRICS  Director  

Following RICS qualification, Chris spent time in the US learning the skills of Project Management which allied to his training as a QS created in his view the right combination to bring back to the UK. On his return to the UK Chris establish the first PM company to be registered in the UK. 
 
Chris has remained an uncompromising and passionate believer in providing total accountability, high standards of customer focused service and performance in all areas including Development Consultancy, Value Engineering and Project Management. 
 
His experience spans more than 30 years, working with many leading multi-national organisations and institutions, and he remains directly involved in major developments in the UK and overseas. 
 
When he is not working, Chris can be seen swinging a tennis racquet or golf club. 

Rob Hoyle, MRICS Director  

Following RICS qualification, Rob has, over the last 30 years delivered major projects both in the UK and overseas in all aspects of Project, Cost and Development Management. 
 
Rob has worked closely with a diverse range of Corporations and Developers, bringing discipline and structure to projects which, together with his personable nature and precise approach, has delivered excellent results. 
 
Rob has successfully delivered projects both in the UK and throughout the Caribbean and as a result has considerable experience in a broad range of sectors, including mixed use, high end private residential, health, industrial and commercial offices. 
 
When he is not working, Rob can be seen running or more likely as a taxi driver for his sports-mad family! 

Jamie Loughlin Director  

Over the last 15 years, Jamie has delivered major projects for both public and private sector Clients, as both Cost and Project Manager from Residential and Retail to Infrastructure and Mixed Use Developments.  
 
Jamie’s drive and determination to get the most from the team and build long-term Client relationships has been a hallmark of his professional career, successfully taking Projects from inception to completion. 
 
When he is not working, Jamie can be seen with his family of dogs or enjoying gun sports, or a combination of the two!
