Rose provided project management and quality control services for the multi-phase Riverside Park residential development in Ashford, delivering a mix of private and affordable homes as part of a wider town centre regeneration initiative. Acting as the client’s representative, we oversaw day to day delivery, monitored progress and compliance with specification, and maintained close control of programme and quality standards. Working collaboratively with the contractor and design team, we managed coordination issues, carried out regular inspections and ensured timely resolution of actions from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover, supporting the client in meeting all requirements, statutory obligations and project milestones.

Malvern Cedars

Malvern

Rose provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the Malvern Cedars luxury flats development. The project involved the construction of 16 high-end apartments on Pickersleigh Road in Malvern, designed to offer modern living with high-quality finishes. Rose oversaw the budget, procurement, and cost control while ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget. The development featured one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with contemporary amenities, private outdoor areas, and allocated parking, all set in a prime location offering easy access to local amenities.

Chatham Place

Reading

Rose supported the multi-phase £100m redevelopment of Chatham Place in Reading, acting as Client Representative, Contract Administrator and Planning Supervisor across a major regeneration scheme delivered with Muse Developments and Reading Borough Council. The project transformed a derelict 1960s site into a high-density mixed use neighbourhood, delivering multiple residential towers, key worker housing, commercial space, a multi-storey car park, landscaped public areas and improved pedestrian and highway links. Our role spanned contract administration, compliance oversight and support through the planning process, ensuring smooth delivery of this complex urban regeneration scheme.

Rossley Manor

Cotswolds

Appointed as Project Managers and Building Consultants for Rossley Manor, Rose oversaw the refurbishment of a Grade I listed manor house, together with extensions to provide garaging and swimming pool facilities within the Cotswolds.

The project required careful coordination to respect the historic significance of the property, ensuring works were undertaken in accordance with listed building requirements while meeting the expectations of a high profile client. 522 Kings Road

Chelsea

522 Kings Road comprised the construction of a high quality residential development of 289 units, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to seven-bedroom penthouses, on the former Kings College student accommodation site. Rose provided Building Consultancy, Project Management and CDM Coordinator services throughout the scheme.

The development included some listed elements and required coordination between a range of designers responsible for different unit types, alongside the delivery of high quality urban landscaping and a basement swimming pool. Careful management ensured a consistent standard was achieved across the scheme while maintaining programme and compliance requirements.

The project successfully transformed a historic site into a premium residential development, delivering high quality homes within a sensitive urban context.

Seagry House

Wiltshire

As Quantity Surveyor and Client Representative for Seagry House, we were appointed partway through the construction of a new pool house outbuilding and boot room within the grounds of a heritage residential property, following the departure of the original contractor and consultants.

Our role focused on establishing the commercial position of the project, assessing completed works in the context of heritage construction techniques, and procuring a replacement contractor to complete the remaining works and rectify defects. We worked closely with the client to draw a clear line in respect of the previous contractor’s account and support resolution of the associated dispute.

The project was successfully progressed to completion, ensuring the best possible outcome for the client while maintaining the quality and character appropriate to the property.

Sherborne Wharf

Birmingham

Sherborne Wharf involved the renovation and conversion of a 1930s canal side city centre warehouse into 31 residential loft apartments, with Rose appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent.

The scheme required careful consideration within a listed setting, balancing the retention of the buildings historic industrial character with the delivery of modern residential accommodation. Works were tailored to meet individual purchaser requirements, ensuring a high quality finish across the development.

As one of the first development of its type in Birmingham, the project successfully transformed a historic warehouse into distinctive canal-side homes, contributing to the wider regeneration of the surrounding area.
