Rose provided project management and quality control services for the multi-phase Riverside Park residential development in Ashford, delivering a mix of private and affordable homes as part of a wider town centre regeneration initiative. Acting as the client’s representative, we oversaw day to day delivery, monitored progress and compliance with specification, and maintained close control of programme and quality standards. Working collaboratively with the contractor and design team, we managed coordination issues, carried out regular inspections and ensured timely resolution of actions from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover, supporting the client in meeting all requirements, statutory obligations and project milestones.
Malvern Cedars
Malvern
Rose provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the Malvern Cedars luxury flats development. The project involved the construction of 16 high-end apartments on Pickersleigh Road in Malvern, designed to offer modern living with high-quality finishes. Rose oversaw the budget, procurement, and cost control while ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget. The development featured one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with contemporary amenities, private outdoor areas, and allocated parking, all set in a prime location offering easy access to local amenities.
