Massy Stores

Holetown, Barbados

This project involved the demolition of the existing retail premises and construction of a new $40m supermarket complex. Fast track procurement and construction enabled the building to be opened just 11 months after commencement.

Dell

Montpellier, France

Rose were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for Dell Computer Corporation on their new 3-storey Sales and Technical Support Call Centre in Montpellier, France. The first phase of the project consisted of 6,500 square metres of office space for 770 staff and replaced their previous smaller facility.

Oracle

Denmark

With their existing lease coming to an end, Oracle were looking to improve efficiencies within their organisation. With more home working and generally less time spent in the office, the way we all work is constantly changing. Within Oracle this gave them an opportunity to tailor their building to suit their needs. In Denmark this allowed them to move from 7,000 square metres to 3,000 square metres – offering a considerable cost saving.
