    Rose continue to deliver Construction Management services across multiple UK sites, supporting the expansion and optimisation of operation facilities nationwide. Our role has included coordinating surveys, procurement, infrastructure works and phased construction activities while maintaining live operations throughout delivery.

    Rose were appointed on a Construction Management basis for a new EV charging facility. The project included coordination of multiple trade contractors, logistics management, programme control and delivery of a new high voltage connection in collaboration with National Grid.

    Commercial/ Infrastructure

    Rose provided Construction Management for Carbana’s developments in Royal Wootton Bassett and Exeter. The projects included the delivery of self-service car wash bays, dog wash facilities and laundromats, with a strong focus on sustainable insfrastructure and efficient site coordination. Our role included managing delivery, coordinating contractors and maintaining programme, cost and quality control throughout construction, helping support the successful rollout of Carbana’s expanding facilities.
